Returns and Exchanges Policy
We want you and your little one to be happy with every CocoSnugs purchase. Please review this policy before requesting a return or exchange.

Return and Exchange Window

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

To start a request, email support@cocosnugs.com with:
•    Your order number
•    The product you wish to return or exchange
•    The reason for the request
•    Clear photographs of the product and tags
Please do not send a product back without receiving return instructions from our support team.

Eligibility Conditions
A returned product must be:
•    Unworn and unused
•    Unwashed
•    Free from stains, perfume, body odour and damage
•    Unaltered
•    Returned with original tags attached
Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect:
•    Clearance or final-sale products
•    Products purchased under promotions specifically marked non-returnable
•    Products without original tags
•    Washed, worn, altered or damaged products

Size Exchanges
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
When the requested replacement size is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund in accordance with this policy.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the Size Guide before ordering.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:
•    Your order number
•    Clear photographs of the item
•    Photographs of the outer package and shipping label
•    An unboxing video, where available
After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund as appropriate.
Minor variations in colour, print placement, stitching appearance or measurements within reasonable manufacturing tolerances are not normally considered defects

Quality Inspection
All returned items undergo a quality check after reaching our facility.
Approval or rejection of a return will be communicated after inspection. CocoSnugs reserves the right to reject products that do not meet the eligibility conditions stated in this policy.
